Adult Ministries

Please feel free to take advantage of at least one of these great opportunities to meet new people, enjoy fellowship and grow in your Christian walk.

	Mission Outreach Projects:  This is a mission-minded group that answers God's call to "take living water into the world" by meeting the needs of our community.  They also participate in mission projects through the District office.  Projects include household maintenance, minor repairs and community assistance.
	United Methodist Women (UMW):  The "Grace Group" consists of women of the congregation who meet the 2nd Friday of each month.  This group studies the Bible, plans fundraisers for selected missions and enjoys fellowship.
	United Methodist Men (UMM):  All men are welcome to come and share with the group.
	"Golden Youth":  This group of senior adults meets monthly for a road trip, lunch, fellowship and laughter.  They visit outlet malls, museums, art exhibits, etc.  The destination for the month is planned according to what the group would like to do.  The day and time they meet depends upon the "road trip" for the month.
	"Disciple I" Bible Study: A 34-week course that studies the Bible from beginning to end.
	"Disciple II" Bible Study:  A 34-week course which does an in-depth study of Genesis, Exodus and selected scriptures of the New Testament.  Disciple I is a prerequisite for this study.
	More Bible Studies:  Throughout the year a variety of other Bible studies is also offered.  These are generally 6- to 12-week studies.  In order to feed the needs of our members, we are open to all suggestions for studies to offer.   In the past, we have enjoyed sharing “The   Power of Positive Prayer” and “Experiencing God,” as well as others.
